We replaced our very old AC unit this summer using AC's Heating and Air. We already had experience with Allen because he put in a new AC unit in two family member's homes the last couple years. The work was beautifully done in all 3 houses and the employees are very conscientious and professional. Allen is a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain the new system and make sure I understood programming the unit. The garage was cleaner after they left than when they arrived! AC's definitely goes above and beyond what I've seen any other company do.

Four days ago my husband and I got home from grocery shopping to find out there were problems with our AC unit. I started making calls to different companies but all of them were booked. We are an elderly couple and I am my husband's caregiver. He had recently gotten out of the hospital and I started to get nervous and frustrated with the situation. It was a Godsend because yes, they were also booked and could not come until the following day, however he could sense my despair and frustration and within an hour he was here and the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. My experience with AC’s Heating and Air Conditioning in June 28th, 2018 was by far the best experience dealing with an Air Conditioning service that I’ve ever had.. The crew of two nailed the appointment time that was agreed on and were quick and thorough. Arriving promptly allowed me to do some important errands before my next service appointment scheduled for a couple of hours later...The two men in the crew were incredibly friendly and courteous. The rate that I was charged matched the work that was performed so I was really pleased with that. I would highly recommend AC’s Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that would need their service.

Allen and his team provide very competitive pricing coupled with exceptional workmanship and service. I purchased a new Trane compressors and Hyperion Air Handler for my downstairs just a year ago. Allen such an exceptional job, he was first one I called when my upstairs unit went out this month. I shopped around to 3 other big area AC companies. They took longer to get back to me with a quote and all came in higher than HVAC. My mechanic husband was very impressed and we plan to using them in the future for any big jobs he can't tackle. Thanks Allen!

My first feeling about Allen, the AC's Heating And Air owner, he has knowledge, honest after the first time we spoke on the phone, he give me the quote with $1,100.00 higher about the other (3), but I still feel confident to toke his proposal, but he show me his work, and I'm very satisfied with his work quality. and thank you Allen.

Was very pleased with AC's Heating And Air, the price was under the competition for a good brand unit (Trane). Allen was great, he coordinated really well with me, the quality of work was really high they re-did the whole closet that has the air unit in it, they worked through the entire install, not sure if they even took a break and the house was probably cleaner after they left then when the arrived. Would go with them again if I had to.

Allen and his crew did a nice job on a AC replacement at our home recently. Responded to questions promptly, arrived on time for the job and went out of his way to show us how to work the new system.
